An Inspiring Meeting for Future Insurers: Ayşe İsmihan Aslan Meets Young People

DENİZLİ / MERKEZEFENDİ (21 April 2026) – The Career Days held at Necla-Ergun Abalıoğlu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School of Commerce brought leading names from the insurance sector together with students. Among the event’s most notable guests was Ayşe İsmihan Aslan, co-founder and managing director of Sigorta Aslan.

In a relaxed, conversational talk, Aslan shared the finer points of the profession, the sector’s future potential and lessons from her own career with the students. Known for her deep experience in the sector and her entrepreneurial spirit, she offered guidance to young people on the threshold of choosing a profession as they chart their career paths.

Stressing that insurance is not just a profession but a strategic responsibility that builds trust in society and manages risk, Aslan addressed the students with these words:

The event was also attended by Derya Eskici Erbaş, President of the Denizli Insurance Agents Association (DESAD), together with industry representatives Duygu Akkel, Pakize İnaç and Burcu Balcı Aydoğdu. Students had the chance to ask professionals directly about job opportunities, career prospects and how the sector works.
